Respect sir / mam
I booked my flight ticket on 10 Feb 2021 by make my trip application with cradit card .My flight was on 13 Feb at ahmedabad airpot and I reached at 6:00 pm carrying with all my documents with corona test result but at the entry point the stopped me to entre, told me that that is not proper and sufficient corona result they want the ICMR seal certificate attached with my corona result and also have read all the guidelines of it .my corona result was -ve and attech with the government hospital seal .
That’s enough for the flight .
The airport staff argue with me to not enter in the flight .and they had stopped me to enter the flight then I missed my flight ( ahmedabad to Dubai ) at 9:00 .
And then I call to airlines and told them all the situation they told me that they give me some refund / cancellations charges in my bank or which source I paid in next 15 days I wait till 1 month but that’s not true .
That’s the very wrong decision taken by the staff and I missed my flight .I am a working class person and the amount of 7538/rs is very crucial for me .the company not given me the cancellation charge .
So need the help to return my payment as soon as possible .
I also mentioned my ticket having all the details including in it.
