I booked flight from BOM-KUL-ICN from flipkart on 24/11/20 from malaysian airline and korean air for the travel date 6th Feb 2021 at 36000 Rupees.
1) I called Malaysian airlines with the ticket that was issued to me from Flipkart after I booked on 24th Nov. 2020 they were unable to pull my records.
2) I contacted Flipkart support to confirm the same and was afraid that my flights should not get canceled. To which advisors confirmed if at all the airlines cancel the flight how will I know as I didn’t get any notification from the airlines for bookings as well. Your team then confirmed they would send me a mail on my mail id if something like that happens.
3) I received mail from Malaysian airlines that my flight was canceled on 8th Jan 2021 which I checked on 1st Feb 2021 as it was in spam. I did not receive any SMS notification either. (check the trailing mail also attaching the screenshot)
4) I mailed Flipkart to ask for rescheduling my flight if possible or refund the amount at the earliest by forwarding the received mail from Malaysian airlines. To which I’m going merry go round since then and receiving no proper response. I called several times on customer care and they said to me to get the confirmation from Malaysian airlines about the cancellation of the flight so that Flipkart can go ahead and book the rescheduled flights for me or can initiate the refund. (which I got and attaching the screenshots of the same.)
5) I have got the confirmation from Malaysian airlines stating that my flight has been canceled and I need to contact my travel partner to get the refund or reschedule the flight. (attaching the screenshot of it)
6) Also I’m doubting that the Malaysian airlines’ ticket was never issued to me as the PNR details were not matching with the airlines when I contacted them at the first instance of doubt. (Malaysian airlines PNR is different from the Flipkart issued ticket to me check the Malaysian airlines ticket attached to find the difference).
Since 2nd Feb 2021 I called flipkart more than 10 times and also mailed them over 15 mails but everytime they say it is escalated and I need to wait. This waiting never ends and I am scared once my travel date crosses this people will not give me full refund. Calling them 100 of times and giving same details I’m exhausted but there is no satisfactory answer or resolution given to me. I’m just asking for full refund to be given to me as soon as possible.
