I have booked the tickets from Patna to Pune through website travolook.in on 5th May 2022.

After payment they immediately cancel the flight and called me on my mobile number and gave me assurance of refund within 7-10 working days.

But today is 23rd May 2022, till today Travolook.in has not refunded the amount Rs 11662.
I have almost called 20 times in customer care and every time they give me different time or day but till today I have not received. Today I dropped a mail also also they have not responded on my mail.
Please help me to get my refund and take strict action against this Travolook.in. Its a fraud company cheating with the people such kind of company shall be put in prison that they don’t understand human being necessity & emergency.
