Purchased round trip tickets from North Carolina in the United States to Spain. The airlines cancel on leg of our return trip in February, prior to our April 13-22, 2022 trip. MyTrip.com notified me via email with an alternate. I email back to accept the alternative and I also called Customer Service and paid $30 to switch our return flights. When we got to the airport to return to the states, we were not booked on any flights leaving Spain. Customer Service continues to say they will send an email about the refund, but they never have.
