I,kakarla Phaneendra Kumar booked four tickets from Vizag to hyderabad in indigo airlines(6E742,12:30-14:00,departure-January 10th) from flipkart on January 7th, I paid 13,174 rupees from my Sbi bank and even got confirmation from my account that the money is deducted,but I did not get any pnr number or ticket confirmation. This caused a lot of discomfort and I had told book my tickets again after loosing a huge amount. I demand a full refund of 13174 rupees into my bank account
