I have purchased ticket on 14th feburary 2023 for my parents in make my trip (indigo airlines) from Trichy to singapore the travel date was 9th March 2023 but My Ticket has been cancelled by Airlines without any OTP on 8th March, i recived only email ticket canceled by airline indigo website and this is my make my trip booking ID NN2AZIPGFTDJIXM17698 with PNR- NO-EM57PF.
Indigo denied and saying OTP send it registered mobile number but i am 100% sure not got any OTP from airline. i requsted for full refund they not provided and charged cancellation fee and other charges. iam sure not cancelled myself because i have 30day visa with retunt ticket on that time. kindly do needful for to get full refund from airline.
