I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna through Travolook website . The minute I booked the ticket I got a message saying that my ticket was cancelled as the PNR was not generated and that my refund would come in 10-15 days. It has been a month now I haven’t received it yet. Whenever you call them they keep telling it has been initiated and we will get it soon.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
