I have booked airline ticket through travolook site on 9th of May, 2021 to travel from Bengaluru to Kolkata on 17th Of May. The ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration by travolook company. I have written numerous mails and tried calling their agents multiple times. I haven’t receive the refund amount yet. Please look into this matter.
