I have booked ticket of airline through travolook site on 23rd of April, 2021. The ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration by travolook company. I have written numerous mails and tried calling their agents multiple times. I haven’t receive the refund amount yet. Please look at this matter.

This complaint is regarding our booking reference number : REF551411263 with Travolook.
My booking no is REF551411263 has been automatically cancelled in few minutes after booking the ticket on 19.05.2021 but the amount of ₹ 4212/- has not been refunded to my account. I have written multiple emails and tried contacting the company call center.
I don’t understand the reason for delay of nearly a month in my refund. Kindly look into the matter for which I’ll be highly appreciated.
The above complain was written by me. After this I have written numerous mail to them at the same thread. Yesterday I have received the amount. If this will be any help to you.
