Greetings of the day.
This is Parth Patel from gujarat. I had booked airline ticket on 4 th of April die to covid-19 lockdown situation flights were canceled and i respect of that but thing is that i want refund because I don’t want the service anymore and I explained them of it but from that side they only explain that they had made credit shell where our ticket amount is credited till February 2021 or so, but within that period I don’t have chance to go on this thing also told to them but the same credit shell scheme was only reply came my question is why do i waste my money of which service I hadn’t entertained. This is my humble request to you to do further procedure. Thank you
