On 30th Sept 2021 I booked round trip tickets from lucknow to guwahati from travolook.in ..My amount was deducted.. n after some time I was informed through email that due to sone fluctuations in airfare my booking is cancelled…They assured me that my refund will be credited in the source acc. Within 7…14 days …Since then its almost 45 days n the amount is still not refunded. Everytime when I call …their representatives shamelessly say that your money will come in 4..5 days ….I’m mentally harrased….These people are fraud
