I had booked the below tickets from VIA.COM website. Unfortunately, due to the Corona Pandemic and lockdown, we could not travel. I checked with airlines and they have refunded money to VIA.COM. But when I am following up with VIA.COM, there is no response on the helpdesk numbers and support email (care@via.com). My booking details are –
