Hi, I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi via Travolook and after 1 hr of booking also when I didn’t get booking confirmation I called customer they said booking cancelled and refund will be made within 7-10 days. I later read reviews and see this is a dupe and people have not got refund after 3 months also. I want immediate refund.
