I booked a flight from Nagpur to Mambai, indigo – 6E 6413, on 5th March 2022, booking ref id: REF851513656. I booked it on TRAVOLOOK.IN. The amount got deducted from bank and was told to wait 30 min for confirmation. Later customer care called me to say that the price was increased by the airline. So I cancelled the flight within an hour. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 7651 in 8-10 working days in my source account.
It’s been more than a month and half and I haven’t received the refund. I have called customer care many times, but they are only playing delay tactics, saying they have initiated the refund and I will refund by so and so date. But I haven’t yet received the refund. It’s been very frustrating time and now customer care is not even attending my calls. I have attached a screenshot of booking cancellation mail from travolook.
This genuinely seems like a fraud company, since many other people are also facing similar issues for a few years now. Authenticity of this company needs to be seriously looked at.
