I booked 3 tickets from Guwahati to Bangalore for 10th May,2022 from a website called Travolook.in. i had used my credit card for the payment and the transaction was successful. After that i received an email from the agency stating that the ticket has not been confirmed yet and i will receive a confirmed ticket within sometime. After a while i got a call from the agency and they said that the price for ticket has gone up so they are providing me with a different flight. They also sent me a copy of the confirmed ticket but when i tried to check my booking online i found that the ticket was fake and the PNR was invalid. I also called the airlines directly and they said that the flight which they have mentioned doesn’t exist. I called they agency for clarification but they are disconnecting the call. Please look into the matter and help me.
