I have booked a flight ticket with reference number REF903369244 (Travolook) Chennai to Guwahati on 23rd of August-21 for the 5th of Oct. My booking was cancelled automatically within a second, I made my payment. I was told I would be refunded in 15 working days, but it has been more than one month and my refund has still not happened. I have called to their customer care services multiple times however, they are giving the same replies (some more working days) . However, still refund not yet initiate. Hence, would request you to kindly help get refund on priority.
