I had booked 3 tickets through travolook on 15th Jan 21 with REF870655122, REF864342261- these both tickets were cancelled on the same day but I have not received the refund yet. With REF138838685- this ticket shows confirmed with travolook however when I checked in the airline website it was showing the ticket is cancelled. When I called the customer care they are saying that the airline cancelled the ticket but from their side its still confirmed which makes no sense. The airlines have confirmed that the refund has been initiated to the agency but the agency is not ready to refund the amount back to the customer. Please help me get back my money. This is a fraud website.
