It’s been more than 3 months now that i have not received any refund on my cancelled flight with booking id 220119296890.
I booked a flight to fly from new Delhi to London for 20th Jan. Due to some reasons I initially tried to cancel the fight on 18th Jan and it was processed and the same was reflecting on the flipkart app that my ticket is cancelled however then on the 19th Jan I wanted to same ticket again as I was looking to fly again and was asking Flipkart if I could get the same ticket back however repeatedly I was told that, that ticket has now been cancelled and NOW I WILL GET MY REFUND IN 2-3 MONTHS AND IF I WANT TO FLY AGAIN I NEED TO BOOK NEW TICKET. So i booked a new ticket as I had to fly. And after sometime they started saying that my first ticket was never cancelled. If my ticket was never cancelled than why did you guys ask me to book another flight and doubled my expenses ? it’s been more than 3 months that there is no update on that refund and Flipkart has infact stopped replying to my emails anymore. I am now in UK and i can’t take calls on my India number if they tried to reach me on my number, and i have already informed this to Flipkart.
I need refund to my account for the flight and compensation for distress, wrong information and inconvenience.
These guys are literally to harass people sometimes and playing rudely by ignoring emails.
