I had booked 03 tickets from this portal out of which one is confirmed and other two tickets get cancelled through them. They said that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days but months of months ended, they did not refunded, whenever I am calling them, they says that the refund will be done by 2 to 4 working days. This type of agency can ruin the country… They are doing this work beyond law. The company Should be punished.
