I booked ticket from Varanasi to Delhi on 10 July 2022 at Travolook.in, the travel date was 2 oct 2022 under name of Mangu Singh, booking reference no REF102706594 and PNR no:HYFKWG. On 14th Sep 2022, airline informed about rescheduling the flight time which changed from morning to evening and I did not agree as it has huge time change, Airline cancelled ticket. When I asked Travolook customer care, their executive refused to accept that ticket was cancelled . I got impression at first that usually Airline intimated any change to the vendor. I provided the cancelled ticket copy to travolook on mail. They accepted the cancellation by airline, but for refund they advised me to wait, since airline did not initiate my refund. I called repeatedly that airline already transferred money into their account, but Travolook refused that. At the end on 1th I provided Go Air way ticket refund copy, then Mr. Dishant (Manager) sent mail saying that money will go into traveler’s account. I have provided on 1th Sep 2022 everything, but they are refusing everything and my calls are being blocked by them. Kindy help as I feel harassed by Travolook regsitered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd for not getting refund, which is my hard earned money. It is a clear cheating and fraudulent case, that they are eating my money.
