Text of Complaint by Reshmi Thampy:

I booked two tickets on Travolook [REF number: REF033441281] on 25th February (Kochi to Amritsar). At first I got a mail saying that the booking is in progress. Then after about 20mins (they mentioned a wait period of 30min in the first mail), I got another mail that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and the refund process will be initiated as per their refund policy which states a period of 15 days for refund. I have not yet received the refund amount till now- 24th April, even after multiple mails and voice calls with their lousy customer care which makes random excuses and gives a new date every time I call them.
