We are complaining against Spicejet for not allowing us to board the airline on 2nd April 2022. I was travelling with my father aged 75 and Mother aged 69 from Varanasi to Mumbai in Spicejet Airline SG202 & our PNR Number IBZ72Z . My father was in wheelchair & we were made to wait till last passenger. This approach of Spicejet airport staff let my father developed restlessness. They called Doctor and the all the readings like Oxygen and BP was normal . Still they did not allow us to travel . We pleaded to them let us to go at our own risk & was ready to give undertaking . But they did not allow us to travel.
When we requested for alternative tickets or refund they told us to contact customer care only customer care executive can help us .
We contacted the customer care the same day at 10PM they register a case and issued complain number 09668565 . They said the problem will be address within 24 to 48 hours . We called them on 07 April 2022, they said Spicejet Grievences cell will respond by evening but they did not so we call them again same day they said they will respond next day that is 8th April 2022. But they did not communicate to us so we call them again , this time again they said the will resolve in next 48 hrs.
From all our discussion we subsumed that they are telling lies, because this lies, our five days have been wasted.

Now we are feeling that we are being cheated by the airliner and their staff . We have whole week now wasted & we will now suffer pay cut in our salary.
we lost approximately Rs 20000 in Ticket fare
We look forward for redressal our compalints.
