I booked a flight ticket on 16th December 2021 from Hyderabad to Delhi for 17th December 2021. I paid rupees 5533/- from debit card and my ticket got cancelled saying that it was an operational error.
I have made several requests to the company through calls and emails but did not receive any type of refund. It has been nearly 50 days since I waited and continually requesting for refund.
