Via.com issued PNR “F7TCQK” and booking reference “FMNLA3JSTWZF0” after 4 hrs later of the transaction is done. I tried contacting via both support care number (080 67 818181 & 080-46 414141) listed on their website none of the numbers is working. After that I called AirAsia and tried confirming if they have issued any PNR against my Name or mobile number and they confirmed that no ticket is issued.
I was travelling in urgency that’s why I booked the flight within same day and I didn’t have confirmation either from Via.com and Airasia. Considering this situation I have booked another flight with another airline to ensure and secure my travel. This is completely miss from via.com side and they should go ahead and refund the full amount without any conditions and I can’t find any such details on via.com that PNR will be generated after 4hrs.
Another Airline PNR is TY738P and its SpiceJet flight around the same time just for your reference
