I had a flight to take from Mumbai to Ranchi on 4th Jan and return from Ranchi to Mumbai on 6th Jan. I tested positive RT PCR on 2nd Jan and cancelled my tickets with all airlines.
As per the required procedure, i have emailed their respective customer care with documents like COVID reports, cancelled tickets, the correct subject etc. If Consumer Form Court Requires then i can provide that separately (conscious given the mobile phone disclaimer). 1) Airlines do not state this on their website of the procedure one needs to do if COVID positive 2) It is routed through customer care, which leaves to subjectivity in responses 3) They have a templated procedure then it is easier to follow 4) Response time needs to be certain and genuine.
