I was booked the flight for 19th Oct 2023 (PNR No.: 8C8CC2). After that I rescheduled the flight ( Flight No: S9209) for 20th Oct 2023 and it was successfully done.
On the 10th Oct 2023 I got the a message from the flybig that the flight cancelled due to operational reasons.
I was confirmed from the flybig that they released the full payment of the cancelled flight.
When I asked to Paytm then Paytm told me that Airlines typically do not inform Paytm about changes in flight schedules.
Please find the attachment of cancelled message from the flybig and initiate the payment as early as possible so that I can booked another flight.
