I did an air ticket booking with Travolook on 11th September 2021 which was cancelled by Travolook saying fare expired. They sent me an automated email saying money will get credited back to the same account in 7-10 days. I called them back they again gave the same story. i checked the webiste it looks suspecious. Need help.
