Dear Sir/Madam,

I have canceled the Air India ticket from Delhi to Tokyo on February 1st, 2021, and have requested a refund. 

The total amount is INR 129000 and we received an amount of Rs 50000 from Air India.
I have requested a refund via the Air India feedback survey twice on May 9th and May 18th.
The first ticket was closed and when we checked with the bank no amount was transferred to our account from Air India. So I raised the ticket again and the next time we received INR 50000. I would like to know when I can receive the rest of the ticket amount.

I am talking to customer care every week and also checking with the Twitter Air India account. The Air India staff handling the Twitter account are not responding to my messages.

I am requesting the authority to please refund the complete money as it is not a small amount for us. Already 3 plus months are over and we are still stuck with the issue.

During the corona period we have booked tickets with Indigo, Go Air, and Etihad and we also did a cancelation but they returned the ticket amount on the same day and maximum within the same week.

We are really unhappy with AirIndia.

According to the Air India guidelines the time limit to refund the money is over.

Please help.

Hope the required steps will be taken.
