I have canceled the Air India ticket from Delhi to Tokyo on February 1st, 2021, and have requested a refund.
I am talking to customer care every week and also checking with the Twitter Air India account. The Air India staff handling the Twitter account are not responding to my messages.
I am requesting the authority to please refund the complete money as it is not a small amount for us. Already 3 plus months are over and we are still stuck with the issue.
During the corona period we have booked tickets with Indigo, Go Air, and Etihad and we also did a cancelation but they returned the ticket amount on the same day and maximum within the same week.
We are really unhappy with AirIndia.
According to the Air India guidelines the time limit to refund the money is over.
Please help.
Hope the required steps will be taken.
