Dear Sir,

I have booked flight in Airindia for Family holiday trip from Delhi to srinagar on 28th Feb and 01 March 2021.

The Travel date is 29th May -3rd June 2021, since Covid Cases are very high in the country and Srinagar itself locked down by Government. Is is not safe to take family and old age parent to the tour. I reached out to Air India and they are asking for 3500 per Pax for cancellation charges or asking to provide next date within 90 days to travel.

This is very unfortunate that Air india is asking for future date which we cannot product due to corona cases when govt says stay back at home.

Please help me in getting full refund, below is the details.
