Airindia flight baggage handling in the airport is very bad and causing damage. My new suitcase is fully damaged with scratches and the handle is detached and the wheels are damaged. The Airindia baggage team in Chennai and Kolkata is so careless and has terrible customer service. When the complaint is registered for the necessary compensation, the concerned teams are just delaying the matter and wasting the customer’s time.
So many times, the full details of luggage tags are damaged and boarding passes and damaged pics are forwarded to the Airindia airline team members. Until now, there has been No action or compensation received. The flight is AI 786 from the MAA to CCU route.
