Hi, My self mr prasantya staying in Murugeshpalya 560017 BANGALORE. I had applied for one new Broadband connection of 100 Mbps and paid for annual fees of 9617(Nine thousand Six hundred and seventeen on 29th June). Immediately after the payment team told to install the connection and router. on 30th June the team came to my place and said max connection speed is 16Mbps. so in this case my requirement is not matching and requested to cancel the order. The payment I had made for the work-order-id 90607689.
Since last 2 days I am following and no one including Airtel Customer Support and these sales guys are not supporting and keeping me in dark. Need support in this.
