“I am SANTOSH SAXENA. I had taken a new AirFiber connection one and more months ago and paid Rs – 2222. However, the connection has not been installed yet. The sales officer keeps lying, saying things like ‘I have mailed it,’ ‘There is no reply yet,’ ‘You have been given a new connection,’ and many more. Please get my payment refunded. Thanks.”
