I bought 2 Airtel Air fiber connection on 1st Oct 2024 ( 9136917454 and 9136929152), and both were installed on 2nd Oct 2024, a set top box and dish antenna is also included in the package i chosen, but it was not delivered saying that local cable operators are not allowing to install. Later I told I will carry box and antenna in my car and I will install it myself , but they did not give, later they change plan by themself on 13 and saying I changed it. Till today I do not have set top box and antenna installed in my place. When I called up the airtel person who supplied it Mr Manoj Shinde (9833906642) he always says I am looking into it and ignores. Later when contacted Airtel installation person Mr Arif ( 9136347610) and installation service provider ( 8369282032) said airtel changed my plan by themself and set top box and dish antenna is removed from my package. They also said many other customers also faced same problem. Kindly look into this matter and arrange to solve issues.

3RD DAY HOTSTAR SUBSCRIPTION OVER MESSAGE CAME AND STOP FUNCTIONING HOTSTAR, AFTER LODGING EMAIL GRIEVANCES AND DIAL 121 CONTACT NO OF THE AIRTEL STARTED GIVEN EXECUSES OF RESTART, RESET, SWITCH OFF SET BOX AND RESTART AND DINIED TO SOLVE MY GRIEVANCES PLAYED MISCHIEF AND MISLEADING WITH AIRTEL OWN CUSTOMERS (BAD SERVICES EXPIRIENCES FROM AIRTEL COMPANY AFTER GURANTTEE PROMISED BY MR SAINIK & EXECUTIVE ENGINEER. MR SAINIK AFTER SENDING WHATS UP MESSAGES AND PHONE CALL MADE SAID HOTSTAR WAS INACTIVE, I WILL ACTIVE IN 5 MINITUE WHICH HE DID.
ON 25 APRIL 2025 AGAIN MESAGE CAME OF STAR PRABHA HD CAHRGES OF RS. 22.42 IS NOW ACTIVATED FOR A MINIMUM 30 DAYS. NEW MONTHLY CAHRGES FOR AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ID 3068313540 ARE RS. 358.92
ITS LIKE AIRTEL STARTED MISLEADING OWN CUSTOMER AND PLAYING MISCHIEF WAHTED TO EXTORT EXTRA MONEY IN THE NAME OF AIRTEL AIR FIBER SERVICES ITS LIKE CHEATING AND PLAYING FRAUD WITH MOST OFF THE CUSTOMER NEED TO INITIATE ACTION AGAINST AIRTEL COMPANY AND CONSUMER COURT CASE NEED TO FILE AGAINST AIRTEL
