Hi Team,
This is to bring you that i had a very worst experience while seeking Air-tel DTH Support Services as my DTH card was not working and i called customer support to help and they were very unprofessional and rather helping me they simply said the engineer will visit and it will be paid service.
So, if airtel is using inferior quality product and why customer is penalised for it by paying amount (150) to the service staff, It should be sole responsibility of Airtel DTH services to take care of it.
I’m very disappointed with such act from DTH Support Professionals would rather opt another DTH provider instead of using such faulty products and services provided by AIRTEL DTH.
