Hi ,
I’ve been using airtel DTH connections but from past few months i’m facing regular DTH connection problem and locked complaints in customer care but after few months same problem occurs as many of the channel do not come.
But in my recent complain in customer care i was shocked as both customer care executive and supervisor was unable to assists and very unprofessional, i’m very disappointed and would like to discontinue airtel DTH connection as it worst DTH connection I’ve every faced.
I would like to bring this notice to higher authorities of airtel that there technical and customer care staffs are totally unprofessional and do not know how to support customer and would like others read this message and stop using airtel services as they are pathetic.
