Text of Complaint by Mohammed Zahaan:

I had purchaced boAt airldopes 141 via Amazon and I got delivery on 16th October 2022, and after using for two weeks the touch sensor was giving problem as it used to work ‘sometimes’. Also there were a few issues with the charging case. I claimed the warranty and the delivery boy (bluedart) picked up the package and I also received an e-mail stating that they would check my product and arrange for replacement. On 8th November, I received an email from boAt that my product was broken and that they will not serve the warranty. I’m damn 200% sure that it was not broken by me. It has been broken either by the transportation team or due to the irresponsible boAt staff. On 9th November, I received an email that my original product would be sent back to me. I have ot broken that product and ive used it very very carefully. ₹1100 are not ‘cheap’ for a common middle-class man. When I raised my request for warranty, I was sent an email which clearly stated that in case of any prior physical damage, the courier agent will not accept the product . After thorough checking the courier boy accepted the parcel. Please help me out. Im hundred percent sure that it wasn’t broken by me and it is due to the carelessness of either the transportation team or the boAt staff
