Respected sir we have bought new split voltas A.c of 1.5 ton for our home.The electrician did installation of the AC and assured us that they will not cause any problem for the same and it come with 1 year standard warranty we have bought Ac from authorised distributor /dealer(invoice attached) .after one month the ac is not cooling properly and we requested to service centre S.N enterprises dist pratapgarh uttarpradesh for the problem.they have visited 7 time in ayear and check compresser and ampere but they couldnotable to find my errorcode problem .At the end they have passed the time by assuring us that AC is working fine now and forward winter arises our moral also down and look forward to see the case in next summer .We humble request you to kindly look into this matter on top most priorty and do the needful we wish either company would return our invoice amount else they will replace our AC with new working one..Thank ing you with best regard AdilSaeed owner of AC dist pratapgarh up east .enclose.taxinvoice
