I have booked an air ticket from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 9th September and right after few minutes received an email from them stating the ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons and refund of INR 5800 will be provided to me within 7-10 days and now its been a month I haven’t received my money back. I have contacted them (you can find the entire email chain) asking for my refund but they keep extending, now I see all over the internet about their victims with similar tactics of not refunding money and fraud.
