Dear Sir/Madam
This is to bring to your kind information that I have booked my Air tickets from Hyderabad to Lucknow through Travolook on 22nd July 2022 but while booking the tickets and after the amount of Rs 5623 got deducted and I received a call that due to operational issues my tickets were not booked and they claimed to refund my amount within 5-7 Working days.
Now it had been about 10 days and I am continously following with them over calls and Emsils but I didn’t received any response or reply from customer support mail and on call they say that the amount is Initiated and will be refunded soon.
Kindly take the matter into your consideration.
