Hi,
I have booked a air ticket from Travolook website from Tirupati to Hyderabad on 20.09.2021 but the ticket was cancelled and refund was not received till today i.e. on 29.10.2021. Its been nearly 40 days yet i didn’t received my money from them. Whenever i try to connect them they keep telling you will receive in 5 days or 3 days which was not happened. I have received on 15.10.2021 stating that i will surely receive money within 10 days which is not received. I fed with these guys who are not committed to customers.
