Dear Sir
I have booked Cochin to Dubai Air tickets vide Booking id FF20120810987792 for 4 passengers, later on since flight timing and destination port changed to Ras Al Khaima, I cancelled ticket of 3 passengers after getting assurance from Spicejet that I am eligible for a full refund on 4th January 2021. But since then our efforts to with customer care people has not helped us to get back the refund. We have submitted all requested documents many times without any luck.
Kindly look into this matter and help us to get back our refund at the earliest. The ticket cancellation PNR number is FHSP7R.
