Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had booked an air ticket from Delhi to Vishakhapatnam on 18th april from Travolook.in with Ref No. REF629013205 but they cancelled it after 5 minutes meanwhile charge of ticket booking i.e. 5260INR debited from my account. When i called at their customer care, they are not replying properly about refund. Now 8 days have been passed out but my money not refunded. Please take strict corrective action against this type of fraud company, this company must be sealed..
Please help me to get my money back from this fraud company. I am not a rich person. This amount means a lot of money to me??..
