Dear sir,

This is to inform you that on 21st September I have booked the tickets from Delhi to Mumbai single trip but ticket was cancelled by travel look then they have mailed like refund will be back in 15working day. From 21st September I’m regularly follow up but not received refund from travel look this is my ref I’d no REF745580914.
Amount 5725/-
It’s a humble request to you that please provide my refund.
