I booked an air ticket of Indigo airlines from Kuwait to Mumbai & return through Yatra.Com on 20.12.2020 @10:30 am (Booking Reference Number-2012200043324), immediately after that I received a text message from Yatra saying that my booking is still not confirmed & it will get confirmed after 30 minutes since then till today(22.12.2020) I have been continuously following up with them through emails, complaint redressal channels, international calling on Yatra customer care desk but not a single reply from them, its very distressed moment for someone who has to suffer for their hard earn money for such kind of fraud service providers.

We regret the inconvenience caused. As checked and found that the booking was not confirmed from the airline end, hence the full refund of INR 40867.00 was processed from our end on 29 DEC 2020 in your same mode of payment.
