Hi team,
I want to register complain against Paytm and Air Asia. I booked air ticket through Paytm in November of air Asia Bangalore to Indore for 20th dec travel date.17th dec airline called and said your flight is cancelled due to operational reasons and said since you booked through Paytm we will refund to them and they will refund to u. And per the airlines they did on18th dec later when I followed up with Paytm till today they say we do not have update from internal team. And they stole my money they don’t have any reason whenever I call
