I will like to introduce myself as Mrs. Chaya Gokhale RESIDING AT Bangalore. I often use Vikram travels for my family vacation.
Between 8th March 2021 to 11th March 2021, 10 of our family members booked a tour to Chardham with Vikram Travels and resorts India Pvt Limited, No 1163, 1st floor, 11th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru – 560003. VIKRAM INTERNATIONAL TRA booked flight tickets E-Ticket reference numbers as below

The flight was later cancelled by Air India due to Covid related challenges and the refund is pending since then. We have been following up with our agent Vikram travels to enable this refund at the earliest but in vain.
Most of the members above are senior citizens and have gone thru extreme financial hardship during this period. And the refund amount could have been put to better use.
I therefore, request the respected commissioner of police to kindly enquire the matter and settle this problem..
