Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am booked ticket from travolook on 3rd Jan 22 and ticket has been cancelled same day with company operational reason but till date I am not refund my booking amount of Rs.3134.I am trying to contact travolook customer care support they are always told me false commitment for refund my amount.
Kindly help me for regarding this issue.
I am attaching the travolook cancelled mail with reference number.
