I booked a flight from Varanasi to Mumbai for 06/12/2021 but immediately after the booking the ticket was cancelled by the agency by saying operational reasons flight was cancelled and you will get back your full refund Rs.5872 within 7 working days. Details of flight Reference ID- REF477211946 .
Till now I didnot get my money back.
