Text of Complaint by Aashish Chhajer:

I had booked ticket for my fiance from Hyderabad to Delhi on 19th of June 2022 for 27th June 2022 from a travel site which routed to Travolook and made payment of Rs.8,352/- (REF961666902). The amount got debited but ticket was not booked and thus we had requested Travolook for refund on couple of days after 19th June. Since then there has been numerous call to the customer center and everytime they mention 3 days of time to credit in our bank account and also there account has been debited which initially was “error during payment” as reason for delay and also 3 emails sent out but no response received. Since the time i have been questioning customer care, i’m not sure what exactly they do but their voice vanish and it’s just me speaking. Want to raise this complaint against company for default in making the payment and delay in timeline that was communicated all the time. This complaint is also towards time invested again and again to inquire about the refund as there has been no communication from company.
