I tried to book flight from Travolook (Mumbai to Bangalore) and amount deducted but booking got cancelled. When I called the customer care executive told me that I will receive my refund within 8 to 10 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against these fraud company so that they refund my amount at the earliest. The required details has been attached.
